3.Could I get a sample before placing order ?
Yes, we can provide free samples for almost all items, but freight is at your side. Most of our new customers prefer to place a trial order directly to test function and marketing feedback.
4.What the delivery time ?
10-25 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit, sometimes the delivery date will fluctuate on the order quantity and peak/holiday season, especially before/after CNY holiday.5.Are the materials safe ? Any certificate for them ?
Yes, we use the environment friendly materials with premium medical grade silicone, non-toxic and free-phthalate. We have ISO 9001 , RoHS , REACH, MSDS, Prop 65 and CE certificates for all products.6.What’s the MOQ?
Normally,the MOQ is 500pcs for standard package like our neutral English box or poly bag. For customized package, MOQ is 1000pcs as asked by package supply. Sometimes, small quantity below 500pcs is also accepted if there is stocked material. Please contact us for discussion with desired item.7.How do you control quality ?
We have a QA department over 25 workers, every stage of products are under control, include incoming material and parts quality control, input process quality control , final quality control , outgoing quality control.8. What is your warranty ?
1 year guarantee from the purchasing date ,free exchange and return back guarantee if there come with quality problems! And you are responsible for all return shipping freight, Please contact us before your return.9.What kinds of payment terms do you accept?

Yes we support OEM&ODM, we have our own molding workshop for quick new product development. It is around 25 days for new silicone item and 35 days for plastic item.11. What method of transportation?
It can be transported by sea, air or express (UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.). You can arrange delivery via your forwarder or ask us to arrange on behalf as we have long term shipping agent with good cost. Please confirm with us before placing an order.
